There is just something about having three daughters that gives you an affinity for pink. If you asked me what color I grab off the cart most frequently, it would be Quinacridone Magenta. I used it along with some lovely metallics to create the softest, loveliest blush/rose gold glaze for this painting. It’s very subtle, but tones the golds in the calmest way. I Dream still about snuggling with my baby girls when they were tiny. And the faintest pink always tinged their sweet cheeks. “Tiny Blush,” is a 36”x60” acrylic on canvas painting.
