Calm Room

One of my sweet friends is the counselor at my children’s school. She recently set up a virtual “Calm Room,” for students and educators to use as a resource for stress during these challenging times. My kids have learned invaluable skills from this wonderful woman in terms of deep breathing, mindfulness and a deeper understanding of the link between mind and body, and how you can use bodily sensations to identify feelings and then react with calm when needed. Thank you dear friend. My heart is full of gratitude.
